Website privacy information

This page explains what this website may receive when you browse the site or send a general inquiry.

Last updated: September 11, 2026

Information you choose to provide

The contact form may collect your name, email address, optional phone number, preferred contact method, reason for contacting, and the message you write.

Do not include highly sensitive medical information, government identification numbers, account credentials, or emergency information in the first website inquiry.

Technical information

The server may process basic request information such as an Internet Protocol address, request timing, browser headers, and request identifiers for security, abuse prevention, and reliable operation.

Short lived in memory request data may be used by the contact endpoint to reduce repeated automated submissions.

How inquiry information is used

Information submitted through the contact form is used to review the request, respond to the sender, and determine appropriate next steps.

The website is not designed to sell inquiry information or use contact messages for unrelated advertising.

Email delivery

When the contact form is configured, the website sends the inquiry through a server side email delivery provider to the configured business inbox.

Email delivery credentials remain on the server and are not included in public browser code.

Data retention

The website itself does not maintain a permanent contact form database. Messages that are successfully delivered may remain in the receiving email system according to normal business retention practices.

Temporary request protection information stored by a running server instance expires automatically.

Security

The contact endpoint uses input limits, origin checks, request controls, spam detection, safe error responses, and restrictive security headers to reduce common web abuse.

No internet transmission method can guarantee absolute security, so the first inquiry should contain only the information needed to start a conversation.
